Need fashion advice! help!?

I'm going to a semi formal school dance in march and i need a dress. I was thinking about this one:

bis it a little too summery for march? i would probably wear a cardigan with it, at least to and from the dance, what color?





also what shoes would go well with it? i am fairly tall, so some sort of flats would be better than heels

It's cute! I don't think you would need a cardigan (unless its cold where you live), because it's already pretty conservative. I like it a lot, would you wear shoes similar to those in the picture?
