i have mid length blonde hair which is quite thick about 1 inch from my armpit.

how would i ask for my hair to be cut like that


would it just be like, side fringe and layers?

I'd take a picture to the salon and ask if anyone there knows how to cut those kinds of styles (emo style).Hair cut advice/help?
Take the picture into the hair salon, and ask if they can do something like the picture.
Do what the others said and get extensions :P
