If you like him: there is a possibility he likes you back. go talk to him, find out what he's like and decided then if he likes you. don't get you hopes too high up though, there is still a chance he might think you're cute, but wasn't looking for anyone to date.





If you don't like him: the staring can be problematic, but try to ignore him to the best of your abilities. if it persists, talk to the guy and gently let him know that you're not interested.
why dont you ask a friend to ask him weather he likes you?
