I need clinic advice!! HELP!?

I've been trying to find a clinic to go to where I don't need parent consent to get ';the usuals'; (condoms, birth control, etc.)


My friend also has a lot of questions that I can't really answer. If anybody knows a place that fits the description, please let me know.
